Thanks for shopping with Lumitop. Here's exactly how, when, and where we ship — no fine print surprises.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories. Orders are dispatched from our overseas fulfillment warehouse.

We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please use a physical street address at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on a weekend begin processing the next business day.

During new product launches, sale events, and the holiday season, processing may take an extra day or two. We'll let you know by email if your order is affected.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it's placed. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5-10 business days.

Estimates are exactly that — estimates. Weather, carrier backlogs, customs inspections, and peak-season volume can add time, and these are outside our control.

Duties and import taxes — already paid

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Following changes to US import rules, all international parcels entering the United States are now subject to duties and import taxes regardless of value. Lumitop ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means we pay all applicable US duties, tariffs, and import fees on your behalf before your parcel arrives.

You will not be asked for a customs payment, brokerage fee, or handling charge at delivery. If any carrier ever contacts you asking for such a payment, do not pay it — forward the message to us and we'll resolve it.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan, and there may be quiet periods of a few days while your parcel is in transit or clearing customs. This is normal.

You can also track your order any time from your account page.

Delivery address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only amend an address before an order has been dispatched — email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best.

Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot reroute it. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense, or refunded less the original shipping and return costs.

Lost, delayed, or stolen parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 consecutive business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

If tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and around your property, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Lumitop is not able to refund parcels marked as delivered where theft after delivery is established, but we will always work with you to find a fair outcome.

Damaged on arrival

Every Lumitop lamp is packed to survive the journey, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the outer packaging. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Multiple-item orders

Occasionally items in the same order ship separately, so you may receive more than one tracking number and parcels may arrive on different days. You are never charged extra shipping for a split order.

Order changes and cancellations

You can cancel or change an order free of charge any time before it's dispatched — usually within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has left the warehouse, our Returns Policy applies.
